However, the absence of hangers made it inconvenient during the winter, and toiletries had no place in the shower, forcing items to be placed on the floor. Additionally, the lack of complimentary water and minimal views from the location left something to be desired.

Additionally, the communication was severely lacking, as the owner was absent, and staff struggled to assist effectively. Most disappointingly, I felt taken advantage of during my medical situation. I was charged exorbitantly for nurse visits without clear pricing beforehand, which left me feeling exploited as a guest.

the bedsheets were worn and slightly discolored, not what you expect for over $100, and the medical bill was outrageous! i also thought as a guest i might receive a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no such luck. i almost wanted to leave a good review, but i just couldn't. absolutely ridiculous.
